Gaia joined Angelini Ventures as Legal Counsel in 2026, bringing extensive experience in venture capital transactions and deep knowledge of the innovation ecosystem.   Prior to joining Angelini Ventures, she worked at the Italian top-tier law firm BonelliErede, advising funds, startups, financial institutions, and corporates on early-stage and growth-stage investments, M&A deals, and corporate governance matters.

Gaia also gained experience in corporate development and corporate venture capital at Sella, a leading Italian banking group renowned for its long-standing focus on innovation.  

She was admitted to the Milan Bar and holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milan. She has also been active as lecturer and speaker, providing training on venture financing and corporate governance with associations and universities.
