Freya Biosciences, a clinical-stage immunology company developing therapies for inflammation and immune dysregulation in women, has been named one of Fierce Biotech's Fierce 15 for 2026, recognizing it among the industry's most promising private biotech companies.
The honor follows a year of strong progress for Freya, including positive Phase 1 results for its lead candidate FB301, a potential treatment for IVF-related embryo implantation failure, with the first-in-human study meeting all primary and secondary endpoints.
