Amanda leads Operations for the Angelini Ventures Singapore office. Prior to joining Angelini Ventures, Amanda was with SGInnovate, where she led talent and ecosystem-building initiatives within Singapore’s biomedtech sector. She worked closely with startups, researchers, and industry partners to develop and scale programmes that bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Amanda began her career in the public sector at Enterprise Singapore, where she supported deep tech startup development and ecosystem growth initiatives.

She brings experience across venture operations, talent development, and programme management, with a strong focus on building platforms and partnerships that enable scientific innovation to translate into real-world impact.
