Angelini Ventures backs Nouscom’s €120M Series D to advance cancer interception in Lynch Syndrome

Angelini Ventures has taken part in Nouscom’s oversubscribed €120M Series D, co-led by M Ventures and Revelation Partners. The round will fund a global registration-enabling trial of NOUS-209 in Lynch Syndrome.

Following the investment since its Series C, Angelini Ventures backed Nouscom again in its oversubscribed €120M Series D, co-led by M Ventures and Revelation Partners.

Nouscom is a clinical-stage biotech developing immunotherapies that train the immune system to intercept cancer at its earliest stages. The round will fund a global registration-enabling trial of NOUS-209, its off-the-shelf neoantigen-based immunotherapy, in Lynch Syndrome, where over two million carriers face up to an 80% lifetime cancer risk with little beyond surveillance and surgery to offer. NOUS-209 has received FDA Fast Track designation for this indication.

The European Investment Bank also joins the round through our co-investment facility. The raise comes just ahead of ESMO in Madrid, where long-term Phase 1b/2 data will be presented on 25 October.

I’m convinced that interception is one of the most meaningful directions in oncology. This financing lets the team take a decisive step
